Welcome to the Request for Workshop Speaker page of the 22nd Annual Symposium on Career Opportunities in Biomedical Sciences and Health Professions. The Symposium will be held March 19-21, 2008 at the Hilton Riverside Hotel in New Orleans, LA.

Don’t miss the opportunity to present your research and student development topics at one of the most prestigious, scientific and educational Symposia for minority students in the United States. We are confident that your contributions will lead towards a major accomplishment for the advancement of students in the biomedical sciences and health professions. Through plenary sessions, concurrent workshops, scientific posters, oral presentations and exhibits, the AMHPS' Symposium encourages and exposes more than 650 racial and ethnic minority students to opportunities in the biomedical sciences and health professions.
